As Director of My Brokers Office, I lead a dedicated team committed to helping clients achieve their property and financial goals through personalised advice and long-term relationships. Our philosophy is simple, put clients first and be their broker for life.
With over a decade of experience across major banks and business ownership, I bring strong lending expertise and strategic insight to every client interaction.
From 2021 to 2024, we achieved Platinum Status, placing us in the top 5% of brokers nationally. I have also been recognised as a Top 250 Mortgage Broker in Australia within the Loan Market Group, received the Editor’s Choice Award at The Adviser Better Business Summit SA in 2024, and was honoured as a 2026 finalist in The Adviser Better Business Awards for:

Outside of broking, I am a committed rent vestor, actively buying, renovating and flipping properties. I genuinely live and breathe real estate and am passionate about strategic finance and helping our clients build long-term, generational wealth through property. When I’m not talking loans, you’ll find me trying new restaurants, travelling to new countries and maximising AMEX Velocity points to fly business class wherever possible. I also have two French Bulldogs, Narla and Grishka, who are our much-loved office mascots and spend plenty of time at MBO keeping the team company. Socialising with friends over a wine or coffee is my love language. For me, business is built on relationships, and that same energy carries through to how we support our clients every day.

Customer Service Leader (2IC)
Zen is a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Leader with a knack for simplifying complex finance processes for clients here at My Brokers Office. With a strong background in customer service, loan applications, and compliance, Zen ensures seamless client experiences and tailored financial solutions. Currently mentored by Steven Voroniansky, he is on the path to becoming a Mortgage Broker to deepen his expertise and better serve the Time2Refinance (now My Brokers Office) community. Outside of work, Zen enjoys playing soccer, table tennis, and all sorts of games—he brings the same enthusiasm to his hobbies as he does to his work. Customer Service Manager
Kristina is a Customer Service Manager and Social Media Manager at My Brokers Office, where she plays a key role in delivering a seamless client experience while growing the MBO brand online.
Having purchased and renovated her first investment property at just 22, Kristina understands firsthand the power of property as a wealth-building tool. She is passionate about helping others take that first step and build long-term financial security through smart lending and property decisions.
Driven and forward-thinking, Kristina is continually expanding her skills in both customer service and social media, with a long-term goal of creating flexibility to work internationally. She is deeply committed to self-development, regularly investing in podcasts, courses and personal growth opportunities.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys staying active, spending time with loved ones and running her lash business, Kookla Lashes, where she expresses her creative side.
