As Director and Finance Broker at My Brokers Office, I lead a dedicated and passionate team committed to helping clients reach their property and financial goals. With a strong emphasis on personalised service and long-term relationships, we've built a “broker for life” culture that’s at the heart of everything we do. My career in finance began with nearly 10 years at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, followed by 2 years at Westpac. These roles provided a solid grounding in banking, customer service, and lending expertise. I then took the entrepreneurial leap—purchasing and running two successful Mortgage Choice franchises, where I honed my skills as a business owner and broker. In 2018, I launched my own brand under Time2Refinance, and after years of growth and evolution, we’ve proudly established My Brokers Office—a name that fully reflects our team’s values, services, and client-first approach. Between 2021 and 2024, we achieved Platinum Status—a recognition awarded to the top 5% of brokers nationwide for outstanding loan volumes and client service. In 2024, I was honoured to receive the Editor’s Choice Award at The Advisor Magazine’s Better Business Summit for South Australia—a proud moment that acknowledges the quality and consistency of the work we do. We specialise in a wide range of lending solutions, including first home buyers, refinances, investment property loans, construction finance, and tailored loan structures. Whether it’s guiding a family into their first home or helping an investor grow their portfolio, we bring deep industry knowledge, personal care, and a commitment to empowering every client with smart, strategic financial decisions. What I love most is the people—the chance to meet new clients, build meaningful relationships, and play a part in helping them build wealth through property.

Zen is a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Leader with a knack for simplifying complex finance processes for clients here at My Brokers Office. With a strong background in customer service, loan applications, and compliance, Zen ensures seamless client experiences and tailored financial solutions. Currently mentored by Steven Voroniansky, he is on the path to becoming a Mortgage Broker to deepen his expertise and better serve the Time2Refinance community. Outside of work, Zen enjoys playing soccer, table tennis, and all sorts of games—he brings the same enthusiasm to his hobbies as he does to his work. Kristina is a dedicated Customer Service Manager at My Brokers Office, currently learning on the job and working towards becoming a mortgage broker. Mentored by Steven and Zen, she’s focused on expanding her skills and gaining flexibility to work abroad. Having purchased and renovated her first investment property at 22, Kristina is eager to help others do the same. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, beach walks with an iced latte, staying active, and offering lash services to stay in touch with her creative side @kooklalashes.
